ABOUT ME
I curated Brooke Dyana Designs to allow the client to be part of an important process – home design. From bathrooms to kitchens, and everything in between, my goal is that your new living space directly reflects the lifestyle and creativity that is uniquely yours.
I bring a culmination of experiences to round out, enhance and support your project: an artistic background, formal interior design education in both the US and abroad, required certifications and working knowledge through my previous projects and career. On a personal note, my roots extend from Michigan to Wisconsin, and I currently work and reside in Madison with my husband and young daughter.
I began my formal education for design earning an associate degree in Interior Design from Western Technical College in Lacrosse, WI. And continued to grow my education by attending the University of Wisconsin – Stout to earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Interior/Architecture Design. I also studied abroad in Florence, Italy where I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in architecture and design.
I have been working in the design industry for over ten years and have many different levels of experience in the design industry including: high-end furniture sales, cabinets/appliances sales, on-site orchestration and delivery with contractors/trades in creating high-end kitchen and bath designs. I have earned my Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer certificate (CKBD) through the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). As well as remodeling and reselling my previous home. And I am now remodeling my current home!
When I’m not designing and curating personal floor plans for clients, or myself, I enjoy being outdoors. From hiking, rock climbing, road trips, canoeing, skiing, live music venues, playing in my local pinball club to spending time with friends and family, if I can combine both family with adventure – I’m in!
I enjoy designing spaces that are not only uniquely stunning, but functional and affordable! Each project supports and enhances a client’s personal vibe. I look forward to exploring options with you and am excited to curate and create your next home project.
